The Seamoss Rocks Story
The journey started back in 2019 when I sought to find a solution to my persistent chesty cough. After over 13 years in the health & fitness industry, training consistently, accustomed to a fast paced working environment and surrounded by health conscious individuals I now found myself in a new role, chained to my desk and not adjusting to my new surroundings. I became vegan in 2016, but for years before I was conscious of the food I ate. This, coupled with my active lifestyle meant I rarely got ill (plus I’ve got those good genes). I had also always taken a natural, organic and holistic approach to my health care, so when I couldn’t shake this chesty cough for almost 2 months I was led on a search for a solution and my research all pointed to one thing……SEAMOSS!
I began to make the gel for myself (not very well in the beginning) and after a few short weeks of perfecting the process I found my lungs were completely clear. I had more energy, focus and stamina! I was, and still am, adding it to almost everything I eat and drink!
Obviously, this turned me into the number 1 seamoss ‘hype man’, encouraging all of my family and friends to join the seamoss revolution! It must be said…..at the time I had no intention on making seamoss gel for anyone else, as it’s a loooong process! But after all the nagging I gave in and before I knew it I had 20 of my friends & fam buying their jar/s from me every month.
So thank you to all of you who were happy to get your seamoss gels in old pasta sauce jars, before the branding and before the blends.
If not for your encouragement and support there would be no SEAMOSS ROCKS.

REFUND POLICY
Upon receipt of your order you must chill and refrigerate your seamoss gel immediately. Our products are freshly made and we recommend consuming them as soon as possible after delivery to fully enjoy the freshness of the product. The shelf of our seamoss gel is a maximum of 3 weeks post delivery date. A best before date will be displayed on each jar or on packaging.
If our products are not stored correctly, they may perish sooner than the use by date. We will not be held responsible if this is the case.
If you do not let us know of any issues with your order at the point of delivery we reserve the right not to replace or refund your order. If upon delivery of your order there is anything untoward you must contact us at that point via our website “Contact” page or info@seamossrocks.com receipt of your order you are fully responsible for the condition of it, thus checks should be carried out immediately upon delivery.
As our merchandise is a Fresh product we cannot exchange under ‘change of mind’ due to the distribution chain being broken, however we can offer a coupon on any new order, please contact us on info@seamossrocks.com for further information.
We reserve the right at our discretion to compensate or withhold any order or payment received which was incorrectly placed, we will however try our best and be as understanding of the situation as possible. We will not be held responsible for any delay or losses in the event of any order placed with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed and do so within a timeframe of our discretion.

Our objective at Seamoss Rocks is to ensure you receive your order, delivered as securely and efficiently as is possible. To help us achieve this please ensure we have all of your correct information including delivery address and any additional details if required.
Our third party overnight courier company will deliver your order to you, we aim for this to be the day after your products were made fresh. We do our best to ensure your product arrives on time, delivered to your instructed delivery address.
- All products are made fresh to order, we process orders within 3 working days of purchase.
- Successfully placed orders will receive email confirmation with order details. if you do not receive an email check your spam or contact us for information.
- If you need any assistance with your order please contact us immediately at info@seamossrocks.com we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
